Jack Cafferty hosted a CNN special entitled "Broken Government" this evening. In that show, he called for ousting ALL incumbents in response to our broken government. We thank you Jack for adding your voice to the VOID mission and highlighting our strategy to replace ineffective, corrupt, and irresponsible incumbents who have broken our government and lied about what they were doing every inch of the way.
Among others, some of the evidence of our broken government which Jack cited are: skyrocketing debt, broken and unaccountable voting systems, war based on lies, lack of resources and commitment to win the war, open borders 5 years after 9/11, corruption rampant throughout Congress, corruption in the White House with no bid contracts and hidden projects, illegal immigration without action, and defiance and circumvention of our Constitution by the highest leaders in our government.
Certainly sounds like Jack Cafferty has been reading our web site. Thanks again, Jack. We appreciate very much your taking our Vote Out Incumbents message to prime time TV. It is about time.

PC, thanks for the comment. But, it was Jack Cafferty's and CNN's show. It was just our recommendation and strategy long before Cafferty and CNN even thought of it.
We have been organizing this Vote Out Incumbents Democracy message and strategy since October 2005. It has taken awhile, but, our message is finally reaching the main stream, and for that, all of us American's who want better government, are grateful that the Main Stream Media is finally picking up the wisdom of V.O.I.D.

Jack's program was great. I watched it twice. Then I went to see what others were saying about it. I was a little surprised to find VOID has been writing that script all year long. Keep up the good work you guys. "A little revolution, now and then, can be a good thing."

Thanks Jack, for this report. It is time someone in the media told the truth and asked important questions. Part of our problem is a lazy electorate that would rather worry about American Idol than Congress. Our civil liberties are in danger. We can't depend on the mechanism that records our votes. Our citizens need a wake up call before this election. Continue to sound the alarm.

Linda, thanks for the comments.
Cafferty is not a member of our VOID organization, though he is touting our message and cause. Therefore, it is unlikely he would respond to your comment.
We here at VOID have been pounding out this message VOIDing Congress since Oct. of 2005. We are immensely pleased to see some in the main stream media like Lou Dobbs and Jack Cafferty finally taking our message to the masses.
We hope you will spread the word about the our mission and organization, and perhaps even become a member. The membership contributions help us to send our message out to ever more Americans.
We need your help. Speech is free, but, mailings and air time are very expensive to get our message to voters is very expensive.

Just heard Jack Cafferty (on CNN, 2PM, 21-OCT-2006) say something like the following:
Are you tired of the do-nothing crooks that, that sell influence, take big-money, give it to their friends, ignore our broken borders, and ignore the voters? Want to have fun on election day. Don't vote for any incumbents. How much worse can the newcomers do? And, it would send a clear messasge. Do the peoples' business, or you're gone.
Finally!
Somebody in the Main Stream Media (MSM) that gets it.
Jack Cafferty, Thank you very much !
Please continue to spread that message.

And this is why I sometimes miss not having a television! Mostly not, though.
It's good to hear our message is making prime time, no matter who the messenger is!

Jack, You're dead on. Lousy candidates on both sides. Get rid of career politicians and lawyers. They're worthless. Get me a candidate that's not a career politician and I'll vote for him. These (current) elected folks are largely inept, and ill qualified to take care of the needs of the middle class. Great show, keep it up, Jack.

tomcat, perhaps you didn't notice, but, VOID is a non-partisan, not for profit organization that opposes inefficient, irresponsible, and corrupt incumbents from any, and all parties.
We agree with your assessment that there are many incumbent Democrats, if not most, which should be voted out by voting their challengers in.
It seems to most of us VOID supporters however, that regardless of whether we lean left or right on political philosophy, our government is broken, and those incumbents now running the government are responsible, whatever party they belong to.

Hmmm... If some politician decided that they didn't like this anti-incumbent organization I belong to, and decided to hire someone to plant some evidence that may appear to tie me to some email to a terrorist supporting organization, and give a heads up to the FBI to arrest me for interrogation, I would not want a lawyer fresh out of college. I would want a lawyer with decades of experience and knowledge to defend me. That assumes of course that this government would even allow me a lawyer.
But, I have to say, for all the criticism of lawyers, if I were innocent and arrested, a career lawyer with the most experience I could afford would be my first choice. Afterall, I would be facing indefinite imprisonment without trial under the above scenario - in other words, my very life would be on the line.
Perhaps you would prefer to defend yourself against the power of the U.S. government.

Thanks for all you do in keeping the public informed with the right information concerning our government.......NEW TWIST ON BROKEN GOVERNMENT......The State Of Alabama Attorney Generals, Revenue Commissioners, etc. have misinterpreted and did not apply the AN ALABAMA TAX LAW FOR 70 YEARS, pertaining to homestead exemptions for the disabled and senior citizens in this state. AG Troy King finally admitted the law has been applied differntly for 70 years......go to wkrg.com and click on Property Tax Opinion. It is ridiculous that we elect these politicians to uphold the laws of our state constitution and nobody reads it for 70 years to be sure the law is being applied correctly, effectively, and lawfully. Just thought maybe you'd want to know. It is a joke for this to happen. Thanks!

Beth, why am I not surprised?
Let me give you a hint as to what is going on. Alabama has the highest cost in the nation for obtaining their voter lists by political organizations.
In other words, Alabama doesn't want any outsider political views, organizations, or activists agitating their politicians or voters out of their slumber. They want more than $2000.00 for their voter lists. While N.Carolina provides them for free to legitimate political organizations.
It is just a clue. Alabama is one of the most backward political states in the union, and they intend to keep it that way.

I have recently come to the conclusion myself that the business in Congress will not get done regardless of whether Democrats or Republicans win in this election. Nothing will impress that institution but throwing out 15-20% of incumbents of both parties. Thank you all for saying so nationally.

Mary Jo kapeckny/Kennedy Pelosi who is a gay rights activist cut down's of our men in uniform, both party's leave a lot to be desired why don't they look at their party and try to fix the faults instead of the continued cutdowns. I live on social Security while they bring home my bucks. If you clean house you may get something worse. Take out the Kennedy's Pelosi, the Gay's who want control, and make our country safe for all. Jack Cafferty, so far, is the ONLY person in the Main-Stream-Media that gets it.
Simply stop re-electing, rewarding, and empowering the very same incumbent politicians that keep ignoring and using the voters.
