David Remer a few days ago contributed an in-kind donation $75/mo. 1 month of Google Advertising for VOID. Receipt will be forwarded to Treasurer.
David Remer will be incurring an in-kind contribution of $30+/mo for static IP address for VOID direct mailing. Receipts will be forwarded to Treasurer.

Results of Purchased list emailing:
David Remer reports that the response from the emailing to our purchased San Antonio email list, was not productive. With 6000 emails sent, only 3 positive responses were received, and about a dozen complaints to AOL claiming our email was spam. In light of the above, the motion was made by Remer to send a 2nd shorter email to the list recipients to see if a larger response can be generated and that the purchase of subsequent lists be postponed pending results of the 2nd emailing. The motion carried unanimously.

New Business:

Change registration of voidnow.net:
In lieu of Remer's contribution of a static IP address for VOID's use in direct emailing, the motion was made to change the DNS registry for voidnow.net to the new static IP address. Motion carried unanimously. Remer is instructed to make this change and implement on his server solely for VOID emailings.

Remer reports he is in the process of researching how to implement an SMTP server software configuration on his server for VOID's use.
