Board Meeting Minutes

Conducted by conference call.

Members present: David Remer, Daniel Summars. Stephanie Crist was unavailable.

The motion was made by David Remer for VOID to sponsor the new political debate and information web site named PoliWatch. Summars, seconded and the vote carried unanimously.

Details:

The board agreed that VOID was having difficulties raising awareness of its organization and cause. While the VOID web site provides a web presence for voters who are already of like mind, VOID lacks a venue for introducing and interesting voters in the topic of better government through better politicians held accountable to the voter's approval of government performance. PoliWatch, having a vastly broader potential audience due to is multi-partisan debate format, offers the opportunity to expose a wider audience to the VOID sponsorship and VOID participant's views on the PoliWatch site, to wider public audience.

David Remer has donated as an in-kind contribution the costs of the Domain Name, PoliWatch and the hosting services of the PoliWatch web site.
