7-26-09 Meeting Minutes

MEETING SUMMARY:
1. David Remer motioned for Stephanie Crist to serve as the assistant Treasurer and interim Treasurer until the Board/Treasurer position vacated by Daniel Summars can be filled. The motion was carried unanimously.

2. David Remer volunteered to run the Texas VOID program.

3. The VOID community site created some coding issues. Repair to the coding will be finished as soon as possible.

4. The Virginia VOID membership continues to grow.

ACTIONS AFTER MEETING:
1. In the days after this meeting, after assessing the time obligations, Stephanie Crist withdrew herself from the Assistant Treasurer position. David Remer accepted the responsibilities of this position.
2. Mr. Edward Southwick was nominated as the new VOID Board member. Elections were held and the votes confirmed Mr. Southwick in this new position.
