Nomination Period Ends, Election begins.

The nomination period for the election of a new VOID Board director, has closed. Mr. Andrew Kugler is the only nominee received from the VOID membership. The election of VOID's newest director, will therefore, begin tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 11, 2009.

Members with email addresses on record will receive an email ballot. Those with no email address in our database, will receive postal mail notification of the election and a request for their vote by return postal mail or email. To allow time for postal mail recipients to respond with their vote, the election ballots will continue to be accepted through the 26th of Sept., with the stipulation that postal mailed ballots be postmarked no later than Sept. 21, 2009.

About the Nominee:

Mr. Andrew Kugler is a lifetime family member of VOID. Residing in Texas, Mr. Kugler's resume includes a BSc degree in Geology, Yale University, Ph.D Geology University of Tasmania, and an Independent in the Oil & Gas business for 35 years.
