Membership Coordinator.

This person will receive monthly updates on expiring memberships and contact those members with the option of renewing their membership. (NO hard sell permitted.) This person will provide our members with information about VOID progress and reflect the importance of their membership to our continued progress going forward. Good writing skills needed.

Media Coordinator and Volunteers

The coordinator will, over time, assemble and maintain contact information of media contacts in areas of the country where VOID is developing a base of support. Media volunteers will, from time to time, issue press releases to media contacts, and write 'Letters To The Editor' to local media in support of the VOID mission. The coordinator must have good editorial skills and functional knowledge of spreadsheet and word processor software. Volunteers should have good writing skills.

Historian.

This person will assemble from meeting minutes, VOID records, and conversation with the Board members, a history of the VOID organization. All notes and information will be provided. The historian will present this history in a logical fashion as succinctly as possible for viewing on our website. This person will also be consulted occasionally by other VOID staff for historical information. Good writing and organizational skills needed.

Local VOID Membership Coordinator.

This person will recruit friends to become VOID members and coordinate making VOI materials avaialable to the public in their local area. (Campaign signs, window stickers, etc.)

Anti-Incumbent Media Monitor.

This person will do an internet search for new content regarding topics centered on incumbent and anti-incumbent stories, polls, blogs, etc. They will email a list of links to those stories to the appropriate writer for VOID, approximately every two weeks.

Challenger Candidate Monitor.

This person will produce a regularly updated list of challengers for Federal House and Senate seats for the upcoming election cycle. In the 6 months prior to an election, these reports should be generated once per week. Familiarity with internet Search features is required.
